About This Campaign

African American Student Success Fund
Support Community College Students!

Our unified vision is that African American achievement and opportunity gaps for students within the Los Angeles Community Colleges will be closed by 2022.

Your tax-deductible gift will provide resources to help African American students complete their community college education by providing direct support to students and increase peer support  programs such as Umoja across all nine LACCD Colleges.

Dr. King said is was cruel to admonish a people to lift themselves up by their own bootstraps when they are systematically bootless. This fund is equipping our students with bootstraps to lift themselves up!
